What time should I arrive at church? Our service starts at 9am, and most of our congregation arrives about 8:30am in order to get a park and find their seat. Can I bring my children? Of course you can! We have many families attending Caboolture Lutheran Church. During our Sunday service we have a section called "For growing people" that is aimed towards our younger members (but our older ones enjoy it too!) We also have a library/ family space at the back of our church that you may like to take advantage of if you feel you need to. How long does the service usually go for? As each of our services are different, it is difficult to give an exact length of the service, as our song and message lengths (and other wonderful things that we may have during the service) can vary from week to week. Our servcies usually last about 80-90 minutes, and we do have a morning tea that is offered after service and we would love you to join us for a tea or coffee so we can havea chat and get to know you. What are you doing regarding Covid19 and social distancing? We have a CovidSafe Plan in place that we abide by, this includes but is not limited to - a sign in register at the door that is kept for a minimum of 56 days for tracking purposes only (this is kept in a lockable draw for privacy); CovidSafe cleaning practices; seating to comply with social distancing guidelines; use of face masks and hand santiser; disposable cups for Holy Communion; and a limit of 200 people in the space to abide by physical distancing restrictions.
